These are a few of our most frequently asked questions along with their answers. Please refer to our Code of Conduct and Club Policies for more detailed information.
Membership & Pricing
What membership options do you offer? We offer monthly memberships, yearly memberships, day passes, and week passes. Click here for our standard offerings or contact our membership team for current pricing and specials.
Do you offer discounts for students, seniors, or military? We do not currently offer these kinds of discounts on membership, though we may run specials periodically. Please check with our membership team before sign-up for more information.
Can I freeze my membership if I'm traveling or unable to use the gym? Yes, we offer membership freezes for extended absences. There's a small freeze fee, and you'll need to give us advance notice. Check out the Freeze Membership tab for details.
What's your cancellation policy? We require 30 days e-mail notice for membership cancellations. Please check out the Cancel Membership tab for details.
Do you offer guest passes? Yes, guests can purchase day or week passes at our front desk. Guests must sign a waiver and follow all gym policies.
Do members get free guest access? No, though we do offer a discounted day rate for passes purchased by members and their guests.
Hours & Access
What are your hours? We open 6am-9pm on weekdays and 8am-8pm on weekends. Holidays and other factors may affect our hours of operation, so be sure to check our calendar for updates.
Do you have 24/7 access? No, our hours are as stated above.
What happens if I forget my membership card/fob? Our front desk can look you up by name, phone number, and ID. We recommend keeping our contact info in your phone for easy check-in.
Facilities & Equipment
Are your facilities clean? Absolutely! Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities at PNW Fitness. We maintain a rigorous cleaning schedule throughout the day, with staff regularly sanitizing high-touch surfaces and equipment. We also provide cleaning supplies and towels throughout the gym for members to wipe down equipment after use. Our locker rooms, showers, and all facility areas are cleaned multiple times daily. We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment for all our members.
Do you provide towels? We do not offer towel service so we recommend that you bring your own towels. We do have small and medium towels for sale at the front desk if needed.
Is there parking available? We do have parking available in the garage below our building and offer 2hr validation during weekdays. Please check our Parking Information for more details.
Do you have lockers and are they free? We offer free day use lockers, though we ask that you bring your own locks. Private lockers are available for rent if you would like 24hr storage.
Do you have showers and changing rooms? Yes, we have clean, well-maintained locker rooms with showers and changing areas.

All equipment is commercial-grade from trusted brands like Life Fitness, Precor, Matrix, Hammer Strength, and Concept 2, ensuring reliability and variety for all fitness levels.
Group Fitness Classes
Do I need to sign up for classes in advance? Most classes are first come first served and limited by the space available, though we may implement sign-ups for consistently popular classes as needed.
What should I bring to class? Most equipment is provided. We recommend bringing water and a towel. Our mats are a bit different than what you may be used to, so feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Specific classes may have additional requirements.
Are classes included in my membership? Yes! The majority of our group classes are included as part of your membership with the MaxBurn series being the only exception.
Personal Training
Do you offer personal training? Yes! Our certified trainers offer one-on-one sessions, small group training, and specialized programs.
How do I schedule a personal training session? Contact our front desk or speak with any of our trainers to purchase a package or schedule a session.
Do you offer complimentary fitness assessments? Yes! Your initial Training Assessment is included as part of any Monthly or Paid in Full membership.
Health & Safety
Do I need to sign a waiver? Yes, all members and guests must complete a waiver before using the facility.
What's your cleaning policy? We clean equipment regularly throughout the day and ask members to wipe down equipment after use. Cleaning supplies are available throughout the gym.
Do you have an AED and trained staff? Yes! A portion of our staff is AED and CPR certified and will be able to respond in an emergency.
What if I have a medical condition or injury? Please consult with your doctor before starting any exercise program and inform our staff of any limitations.
Technology & Amenities
Do you have WiFi? At the moment we do not offer WiFi throughout the facility.
Can I charge my phone? We don't currently have dedicated charging stations.
Do you have a mobile app? We do not have a mobile app, but you can access your account through our online portal.
Do you sell snacks, drinks, or supplements? Yes! We sell a variety of energy, hydration, and protein drinks as well as an assortment of snacks available for purchase at our front desk.
Policies & Etiquette
What's your dress code? Athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are required. Tank tops and workout shorts are welcome. Clothing, accessories, and other items with hate speech or harmful graphics are not permitted.
Can I take photos or videos in the gym? For privacy reasons, please ask permission before photographing or filming, and be mindful of other members in the background.
What's your policy on cell phones? Please keep conversations brief and use headphones for music or videos. Phone use is not permitted on strength training equipment.
Can I bring my own equipment? Small personal items like resistance bands or yoga mats are generally okay. Please check with staff about larger equipment. PNW Fitness is not responsible for lost or damaged personal equipment.
