Our Personal Training Staff is the best in the industry! Our trainers do so much more than simply guide you through your workouts. They are certified professionals who pride themselves on being with you every step of the way. They develop a plan specifically for you, implement the workouts into a schedule that works best for you, but most importantly, they motivate you every step of the way. From strength training to cardio conditioning and nutritional support they are your accountability, your guidance, and your motivation when you simply cannot do one more rep.  They are dedicated to you and your goals. Through your ups and your downs, your plateaus, and your successes they truly want for nothing more than to leave you feeling better, looking better and performing better than you ever thought possible!

Experience: 30+ years in the fitness industry

Keith's extensive experience and passion for health and wellness make him an incredible asset to our team. His comprehensive certification background ensures members receive the highest level of guidance in their fitness journeys.

Keith takes a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on proper movement patterns and foundational strength that translates to everyday activities. He believes fitness should empower people both inside and outside the gym.

When not training clients or managing our fitness team, Keith is a dedicated father of three and active coach for his son's basketball team. You'll also find him finding peace in his vegetable garden, cultivating both plants and a balanced lifestyle.

Experience: Former competitive bodybuilder (placed 6th in Emerald Cup)

Dave discovered his passion for fitness while volunteering at an HIV/AIDS foundation, where he started fitness classes for those affected by the illness. This experience revealed his calling to help others transform their lives through exercise.

His training philosophy combines science-based approaches with personalized motivation, helping clients achieve measurable results whether their goals are aesthetic, strength-based, or focused on overall wellness. Dave specializes in body sculpting, athletic conditioning, and working with special populations.

Outside the gym, Dave enjoys skiing, playing with Seattle Quake Rugby, and competing in bodybuilding events that showcase his commitment to practicing what he preaches.

Experience: Holistic Transformation, Sports Performance, Nutrition Coaching

Eddie's athletic career began early, eventually leading to collegiate-level competition in football and basketball. This foundation gave him firsthand understanding of the dedication required to perform at your best.

His training philosophy centers on transforming not just the body but the mind and spirit as well. Eddie believes that true fitness success comes from building confidence and self-belief alongside physical strength, creating lasting change from the inside out.

When he's not inspiring clients, Eddie enjoys cooking healthy meals, exploring the outdoors on camping trips, traveling on cruises, and adding to his impressive collection of hats and shoes.

Experience: Experienced lifter currently preparing for bodybuilding competition

Joel believes everyone can find their place in fitness – it's simply a matter of discovering the right motivation. Whether your goals involve aesthetic changes, improved health, or increased strength, he helps clients identify their "why" to fuel long-term commitment.

His training approach emphasizes developing a strong mind-muscle connection, enabling clients to maximize each workout through proper engagement and form. Joel excels at helping clients build muscle definition and achieve sustainable weight loss through both training and nutritional guidance.

When not in the gym, Joel performs with the Seattle Men's Chorus and enjoys attending music shows and festivals, demonstrating how fitness can enhance rather than restrict life's other passions.

Experience: 15+ years in fitness industry, Former figure competitor, International yoga teacher, Group fitness instructor with global teaching experience

Bex's fitness journey began in 2009 as a figure competitor, where she discovered her true passion for fitness and wellness. In 2010, she faced the challenge of a multiple sclerosis diagnosis, but refused to let it define her limits. Through her own healing journey, she has been symptom-free for 2 years and now dedicates herself to helping others transform not just their bodies, but their entire approach to health and wellness.

As an international yoga teacher and group fitness instructor, Bex brings a unique holistic approach to personal training. She specializes in integrating physical fitness with mental wellness, offering personalized sessions in yoga, barre, and Pilates. Her expertise in overcoming health challenges gives her a distinctive ability to work with clients facing their own obstacles, helping them build both physical strength and mental resilience.

Bex is passionate about holistic wellness practices, traveling to teach and learn new wellness techniques, and empowering others through her personal story of healing and transformation. She enjoys exploring mind-body connections and continuously expanding her knowledge of integrative health approaches.

Bee incorporates her Pilates, yoga and barre training into our personal training sessions and it’s great!
She modifies her exercises to suit my capabilities and always encourages me to try new things.
The movements incorporate multiple muscle groups at once and makes the gym experience fun!
Bee focuses on holistic health and has taught me a lot about moving energy through the body and how to care for my fascia. She informs on proper nutrition and offers alternatives to traditional ways of viewing fitness and overall health.
Bee is wonderful and I recommend working with her to reach your individual goals.

I've had such a wonderful time training with Keith Love! Over the last 9 months, I've gotten stronger, lost 25 pounds, have less knee pain, and feel more energetic. He makes training fun, even when it's really challenging. Keith is super creative, making up new exercises to target specific muscle groups. He's observant, and can pinpoint weaknesses that I didn't realize were contributing to knee pain. He's a kind and funny person, we're lucky to have him at the gym. Training with Keith Love has yielded terrific results. I returned to the gym at age 70 after a decades-long absence and Keith has been fantastic at working with me to increase my strength and improve my health. He has a seemingly endless repertoire of exercises and stretches that he guides me through. He’s also closely attentive to what my capabilities and limitations are, always tweaking our routines as needed. Since working with him, I’ve put on some muscle, lost weight and significantly lowered my A1C count (I’m pre-diabetic). I leave our twice-weekly sessions feeling invigorated and more confident physically. I’m in better shape than I’ve been since my 40s, partly because as a retiree I can put in more gym time each week, but also because Keith is so finely attuned to what works for me. All that, and he’s great company: a lively conversationalist with a great sense of humor and a generous heart. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
